We move fast—just like you. If you need to make changes, hit us up at support@blackbearz.be within 2 hours of ordering. After that, your gear is probably already packed and on its way into the wild.

How much does shipping cost?
We keep it fair:
- FREE shipping in Belgium on orders over €150.
- Discounted EU shipping on orders over €250.
- Otherwise? Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.
How fast is delivery?
- Belgium: 1–3 business days
- EU: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link straight to your inbox. Follow your gear’s journey, step by step, from our HQ to your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
Wrong fit? Changed your mind? No stress.
Return unused gear in original condition within 14 days of receiving it.

Who pays for return shipping?
If we made the mistake or sent defective gear, we cover it.
Otherwise, return shipping is on you.
Can exchange something?
Definitely. Need a different size, color, or version? Contact us within 14 days, and we’ll help you switch things up.
What if my gear is damaged or defective?
We stand behind every product we sell. If your gear doesn’t perform as promised, send us photos and your order details at support@blackbearz.be. We’ll make it right. Always.
